Dr. Lebo's practice had the expertise, the patient outcomes, and the reputation — but none of that translated online. The existing web presence was scattered, sporadic, and failed to communicate the level of care patients actually received. Meanwhile, the doctor was sceptical that digital marketing could move the needle at all, based on the scattered efforts with no results she put in.

We tackled both problems at once. First, we designed and built a complete practice website from scratch — clean layouts, intuitive service navigation, prominent credentials and patient testimonials, and a seamless appointment flow that removes every point of friction between "I need a doctor" and "I've booked one."

Then we launched a targeted Google Ads campaign. We researched the dental aesthetics market, identified where real demand existed, and built ad creative and a landing page designed to connect with the market on its terms. While the campaign ran, Dr. Lebo became the top option in her area. The sceptic became the proof.
